Aye-See … This so reminds me of my #1 childhood quest: to find a toy that (my trickster cousin claimed) could answer Any Question In the World That You Ask It.
I swam like a shark up and down toy store aisles for two whole years, in search of such a magical toy. I HAD TO HAVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Homework? Ha! I’d get perfect grades forever.
But I never found it … Disappointed beyond words, I eventually gave up …
Fast-forward a couple of decades: One day, I learned about something called GOOGLE, which I was told was the best search engine. I tried Google. I tested it. I challenged it. It WORKED! I asked Google to fetch me all kinds of nutty information, and it did so, in a Bing!
A couple of wizards named Larry Page and Sergey Brin had finally invented that all-knowing “toy” of my dreams. Yahoo!
